Abhinav Jha is an Indian actor, screenwriter, and filmmaker who has emerged as a central figure in the "New Wave" of Maithili and Hindi independent cinema. He is best known for his naturalistic performance style and his frequent collaborations with directors Achal Mishra and Parth Saurabh, with whom he has helped put Darbhanga, Bihar, on the global cinematic map
